Gökhan Gündoğdu is a member of the Freiburg Bar Association and, pursuant to Section 206 of the German Federal Lawyers’ Act (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung – BRAO), provides legal advisory services in the field of Turkish law in Germany "as a avukat specializing in Turkish law".
In addition, through his German business partners, he supports clients in matters relating to cross-border commercial activities between Germany and Türkiye, including company formation, the establishment of branch offices, the acquisition of existing companies, and related business processes, providing legal support in these areas.

About Us
Attorney Gökhan Gündoğdu graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University in 2009. He began his professional journey as a trainee at a law firm specialising in intellectual property law and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2010, marking the beginning of his career as a practising lawyer.
For eight years, he served as a Senior Lawyer at subsidiaries operating in the furniture and textile sectors of one of Türkiye's well-established industrial groups. During this period, he gained extensive experience in various areas of law, particularly international trade, contract management, corporate law, intellectual property law, and employment law.
As part of his corporate responsibilities, he was involved in the drafting and negotiation of contracts relating to the companies’ dealer and supplier networks and also served as a member of the Disciplinary Board. He coordinated legal matters arising from the commercial relations between the group’s subsidiary in Germany and its foreign business partners, and was also involved in overseeing legal matters relating to the group’s investments across various sectors.
Since 2020, through his own legal practice, he has provided professional legal advice and representation to clients who are citizens of Türkiye, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Switzerland, as well as to selected companies based in China.
Further strengthening his international practice, Gökhan Gündoğdu became a member of the Freiburg Bar Association in 2025. In Germany, he continues to provide legal services in the field of Turkish law pursuant to Section 206 of the German Federal Lawyers’ Act (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung – BRAO), as an Avukat specializing in Turkish law".
